I have just about the same set up as you except softer springs (8/10) BC coils on LC818 (dropped about a finger gap up front). If you want to do the easy way, use a dremel to drill a hole on the extra part of the metal tab. Drill a hole large enough to fit a zip tie in. Either bend or cut the metal portion of the tab. I cut of the tab on the bumper leaving enough to be held on by a zip tie, i recommend leaving 75% of that tab.
Sounds ghetto, but better than the tab eating up your tires. I'll re-do the entire tab in a better way later but for now this works.
I do have some rubbing some where but that's on very hard dips.
Good Luck.

If you know what you are looking at, you can see how much I trimmed off...now I can drive fully aired down in the front without rubbing, I just can't turn
This is before I used the grinder and smoothed out the edges and then used touch up paint on the bare metal...

Cut like that, then how did you attach your bumper?
