I have a 2013 is250 limited edition or special edition. This car has the regular headlights .. what would the pricing be for some LEDS to replace my headlights and fog lights. I am in South FL now and moving to Central FL (east coast) tomorrow.
If you mean converting to HID, you'll need a HID kit that include the bulbs and the ballast (for lighting up the HID bulbs).
It's about $150. You can check out the Club Lexus Vendor Marketplace forums. Also, this place posted instructions. I'm looking into this and consider doing it.

Thanks everyone!
If you buy them new, your going to be spending around $2k.
Check the classifieds, normally you can get them cheaper used

so once you install the HIDs as showin in this video, that covers low and hi beams correct? the daytime running lights will need to be changed to get rid of the amber orange?

briitini i live in orlando. when you get here just go to HID Pro off of orange ave on oak ridge road. tell them what you want and they can make it happen for you. depending on what you're asking I can do it for you also. just let me know
I assume I could go ahead and do this to my daytime lights in the meantime. Do people usually go with LEDS for the daytime running lights? If so, which ones do you all recommend?

I used VLED DRL's and also changed to 6000K headlight and fog light to aftermarket HID.
