If you plan on lowering the car, I'd say save a little more to get a good set of coilovers.

I'm not a fan of visors and I think 400 it's too much money to expend on that, IMO. U can get a cheap exhaust system or a rear or front lip if u not trying to drop ur car!

If that's your thing I say go for it. I tinted and got JDM visors (first mods) in the same week.

Personally, now being here a while I would suggest sway bars and an intake.

Trunk spoiler and/or roof spoiler? Maybe pick up a Wald spoiler if you like that style?

Or you can get a front and rear lip? But you'd still need money for paint and install.

"Super clean" and "gaudy" are subjective, ie. it's personal preference. It seems that you don't like any of what's been listed, so you might as well get the visors.

You could also look into different shift **** options, or vinyl overlays for the interior trim, but some people consider that kind of thing to be "tacky".

There's always tint for under $400 as well. I paid $250 for mine (ceramic 50%).

The $400 for some JDM visors is well worth it if you are deciding between those and some AVS visors. If you don't want to spend $400 on pieces of plastic, this is what I would do:

If you haven't lowered your car yet, I would do that first. A simple drop on some springs is affordable and well within your price range, makes a huge difference. I'm sure you can convince your fiance to let you do it.

I would also suggest some sway bars as well. If you were to save up a little more money, I would go with springs or coil overs, sway bars, exhaust, front lip, illuminated door sills, roof spoiler, tint, etc. well before LEDs for the interior and IS-F grille. But that is just my opinion.

While you decide on your decision. Just get the red outs already, its only a few bucks on ebay.

Sorry, I misread your post. I thought the list was what you did not have.

I would just save the $400 for now and see what comes up. It never hurts to wait and have extra cash around. If there is no rush to mod your car. I'm sure a certain modification will pop up that would want to do to your IS.

If I was in your shoes and I don't want to lower my car and just keep it simple and clean...

I would either get a
-nice HID kit (if yours is not equipped already)
-light window tint
-a fine exterior/interior detail

what I would also do is buy a Griffin BlueTrip bluetooth receiver. It automatically connects to your smartphone for music but doesn't interfere with the OEM bluetooth for the phone. Both connects at the same time. Just me, I guess.

Also I see you have a roof rack you said, snowboard? You can use that money to invest in another set of rims and slap on snow tires for the coming season.

You could always save up for a nice set of wheels.
