9005 Decoder for DRL (iJDMtoy)
After all these researches, I bought a pair of decoder from iJDMtoy but unfortunately one of them is defective and another one is casuing my LED to flicker, was anyone able to get DRL LED to work with iJDMtoy decoder? I hate getting DOA parts and need to pay to ship them back.
Also read these are plug and play DRL but not as bright as hardness DRL. Does anyone knows if these are plug and play?

Thanks

I just got a respond from v-led... I understand the reason behind it now but they asked me to check back with them?
[I]The Lexus DRL system is a fluctuating low voltage output system. The output ranges from 3.5V to 6V. The circuit alternates so fast the standard filament bulb does not change output. The LED on the other hand reacts so quickly to voltage change that you can literally see it flickering.
To solve this issue we created the "DRL module" which takes the low voltage input and increases the output high enough to provide a steady output voltage to the LED bulbs. Unfortunately the DRL module could not handle the high current draw of the new High Power 10 LED bulbs. So now we are back to the drawing board and creating a new module to work specifically with the Lexus DRL system. Please check back with us as this project progresses, we will have more information and updates.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you,

Actually I am trying to avoid running harness; I know running harness will most likely work 99.99% but too much work. Even with decoder it's tough to hide it within the cover and definitely don't want to drill a hole on cover cap.
Yes it does sucks, um... when I come and think about it, this is the first company that actually requires me to pay for shipping with DOA items. Maybe there policy is different, but definitely not a way to value / keep your customer.
