I bought a pair of LED t (high beam - 9005) with upgrade DRL harness kits from KBcarstff. It is a plug n play type connectors. Hello RDIS250AWD,

I am having trouble installing the LED bulb with DRL upgrade which I bought from KBcarstff. The upgrade harness kits for DRL, it did not work when I installed with LED bulb. It would not turn on at all even high beam. If I installed without the upgrade DRL harness, it worked, but it was flickering when the DRL was on. Have I done something incorrectly, or was this the wrong type LED for my car. I have 09 IS2 . Would any one chime in pls? Pls see attach photos.

try turning the connector around sometime the positive (red) has to go to red wire on the car....and it flicker because its running at half power the module help it run at full power.

 

Thanks. I will try this weekend to see how it goes. Will report back. I have not contact KBcarstuff yet to see what is wrong with the module. I will give them a call with email to see what they think.

also try turning the bulb around, led lights only work a certain way. one of those two methods should get it running full power. good luck.
