Angry Help! How do I fix this?

Okay so this rust is on both of my rear rotors. A buddy said apply some break cleaner and that should do the job but it just comes back! Need a permanant fix

U can try CLR to remove it. Or you can try to remove the rust and have it retreated. I forget what they treat rotors b/c i want to say they use Nickel plating to prevent the rust? Correct me if I am wrong.. Otherwise remove the rust urself with clr, scour it away, wet sand and paint the hub portion with high temp paint. Like engine or rotor paint by duplicolor. The hard part about rust, once it happens no matter what it will come back again on the rotors unless u treat it with paint of professionally by Nickel treatment.

Yeah, clean it off and use some high temp black paint.
