I have that noise too.. Sometimes it squeals while is running. I've changed the serpentine belt and it still squeals, I've come down to it being the belt tensioner. Gonna get it changed s

When I start the car for about a quick second the engine sounds like a food dispenser with a metal fork in it. Not a good sound at all and it's kinda sketching me out.

I'll get video of the chirping hopefully soon and the 2nd noise...well I can't replicate it =(
There's a TSB for the cam rattle. Unfortunately it's not a recall so if you're no longer under warranty, you're kind of SOL.

Is there a fix for the cam rattle and what is the effects of it? Will it continue to get worse and damage my car?

Yes, there's a fix, I had it done to my car. Luckily when it started, I was still under warranty and it was covered. I'm not certain what the details of the fix are or if it would damage your engine in the long term if left alone. Obviously you can still get it fixed if you're out of warranty, you'll just have to come out of pocket for it.

I'm getting relatively steady chirping out of my engine compartment too. On start up, somewhat slow and as the engine warms up a little steadier. I too am hoping it's the serpentine belt. 2003 LX 470 with 88K miles.

Replacing the belt fixed my chirp, and that was after I had purchased a new accessory pulley for NO reason.

Are you sure it's not a "whirrr" sound? Mine does this right after I shut down the car. It comes from the front somewhere. Sounds like a servo or something. I thought it was some electronic doodad in the car Now I'm kinda tripping

I have the same symptom. as the engine is shutting off, and the pulleys are coming to a stop, there is a bird chirp that you can hear. i have already replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner pulley and idler pulley. some people say it could be the alternator pulley where inside of the pulley cover, there is rust which you can try and get out to see if that is the problem. if not, i would say is the tensioner assembly. i'm in the process of wanting to swap out the tensioner assembly completely with a new one. i will also try to load up a video of it to show the community what we are talking about, since no one yet has been able to upload one.

^Not so much as chirp in that video as a squeal or squeak; but nonetheless, that's something that I'd call normal.
