Best thing you can do to see if its carbon is have a mechanic perform a carbon cleaning by pumping fluids through the vacuum line. Best option you can do is find a shop that can perform a BG GDI service which will take a few hours, but will get rid of almost all of the carbon buildup.

If it's a 350 then ignore all the carbon stuff above.
Hey thanks for the great input at always. Yes, it is a 250.I was thinking maybe the loud sewing machine ticking can be from the lifters? Also, I had lexus check for carbon build up and they said I failed the tests so I dont have it. This can be bs persay, but how do I know it's not a valve or dirty injectors?

I'll upload a new video of my engine noise now so you can hear the difference with the new pump. Also, you think the ticking noise can be the new serp belt? I ask because this is the first time I'm hearing it.

The loud ticking is coming from the passenger side of the engine. Anyone have any clue to what part it might be? Sounds like a VERY loud sewing machine.

I'm pretty sure you're fine now that you've replaced the water pump. If you listen to someone else's is250, you might be able to hear the sewing machine sound too, and you can compare it with yours. The sound in our cars is pretty obvious
