Can someone recommend a tire that has at least the same amount of rubber for the rim guard compared to the oem tires for the IS250/IS350. I have the oem wheels and like the look of the Dunlop Sports Maxx. Is there something similar aside from the Bridgestones?

The Goodyear Eagle GTs I have on my IS 250 AWD have a rim guard that has a good amount of sidewall covering the rim.

I plan on replacing them with Continental ExtremeContact DW when they are shot, not sure if they have a rim guard.

 

the goodyears are a great choice..
