Default Bbs ch fitment

Hey guys,

I just bought my 07 Lexus is350 and it's time to put some new wheels on it. I found a set of bbs ch f19x8.5 and r19x10.5 and the offset for all 4 is 20. I'm concerned about the fitment, The car is currently all stock. Will these wheels fit? What size tires would I be capable of running with this set up?? I appreciate all the help and information anyone can give me in advance. Attached is what the car currently looks like.

you are posting in the wrong section, but to answer question without ur car being slammed it can fit, if u planning on lowering your car some stretch tires are gonna be needed with rolled fenders
