My IS has the F-sport exhaust. I will be working and living in Virginia in 2 months.

Is there anyone on CL that has the F-sport exhaust get pulled over there in Virginia? I'm avoid and tickets or picky cops. and I was planing on swapping my OEM resonator with a Borla S-type muffler.

don't rev or drive it wrecklessly around cops and you'll be fine!
the HKS is definitely a lot louder than the F-sport though, so be prepared to draw MORE attention

How would I draw more attention if the HKS(that you are refering) is louder and I have the F-sport exhaust?

If you don't give them a reason to pull you over, you should be good to go.
There's an abundant amount of trucks, even in noVA, with 4 inch exhausts that are LOUD and they never get bothered. The police typically go after the rev happy *** hat ricers.

I was in Norfolk a couple of months ago and was rolling beside an ISF on I-64. Unless he gets pulled daily for his factory exhaust, you should be fine. While I have found the VA po-po to be a little on the strict side, I can't imagine your exhaust alone would get you any unwanted attention.

if your moving to Northern Virginia aka Fairfax County, you WILL eventually get pulled over. Fairfax county cops are no joke when it comes to exhaust
ill be in norfolk or virginia beach areas. I'm not rev happy so I think I';; be fine. thanks for the input guys.

they can't say sh i t, it's a factory exhaust, installed BY lexus and made BY lexus. If they pull you over just say it's the stock exhaust (because it kinda is)
