Probably got the carbon issue problem.
Did you type that in a hurry? I can tell you need help but the grammar in the majority of your post is hilarious.

calm down, maybe return to the dealer and explain to the SA in detail what you are experiencing. especially if it is continuous and not intermittent problems. a tech should be able to drive it and experience what you have shared here.

sounds like the carbon build up issue. Depending on year/miles it should be covered under warranty.

From that you could possibly conclude that English is not his first language, no need to place him on the spot.

Back to OP

Take it to the dealer, chances are your power-train warranty is still in-tact. This means they will fix the car for free (assuming you still got the warranty) no matter what the issue is (that is unless it is caused by a recent modification you may have done to the car)

power train? his symptoms are the same as the carbon issue on IS250s so its an engine problem.

the is250 model is well known for the "carbon build up" issue. pretty much sludge all over the cams etc. make sure to have your oil change records in hand so lexus knows that it is their fault .

Last time when my Is was in dealer they upgrade software and tell me my car is fix!! In fact after that was beter only 50% !! After cleaning throttle also was some change in engine works!!
Now if i drive on manual mode on 3 th gear 3,5k rpm and take of foot from acceleration pedal rpms drop to aroud 1,5k then suddenly jump to 2k and continue dropping!!
All my issue happend suddenly when im driving--
Deep engine sound ( like under high load on 6th gear and low speed in manual transission)
Also is oil consumption
When i look under the car on exhaust just behind the lambda sensors is like two bigger size of exhaust pipe! When im knock in one sounds as the empty glas of wine! Second sounds as full glass of wine! Can this be block and create this issue???? Im live in UK and not sure my problem will be sort out for free!! ???
Delays in acceleration on high speed ( tranny seems to think what shuld do and what gear chose)
Driving on 2nd gear and half way press accel.pedal won't go thru on 2nd gear ( shift up to 3th)
Again so sorry for my language is so dificul to explain all this things!! Im so like my is and 100% next car will be IS too!! Whatt is aprox cost of repair ( carbon build up issue ???)
Many thanks!!
What i can tell to dealer about carbon build up ???

Just for particularly ignorant people, power train could be used as a synonym for the terms engine and transmission. And if your limited mental capabilities prevent you from interpreting what I just said, let me oversimplify it for you: It's the same thing.

It's cool, English is not my first language either. In any case, the simplest way to solve your issue would be to take it to the dealer. As I stated earlier it is a power train issue (including but not limited to engine and transmission). Go to the dealer and state that you suspect a possible carbon build up. Don't say anything like "I tried to fix it on my own" because it could possibly ruin your chances of getting a free repair because dealers want to make money too. They should then inspect the car and provide you with a loaner/rent car for however long your car is stuck in the dealer. They WON'T charge you or at least they are NOT allowed to charge you without your consent to repairs but theres a high chance that the repair is gonna be free. (In fact it is most probably going to be free but you must be ready for the worst case scenario).
