It's cool, English is not my first language either. In any case, the simplest way to solve your issue would be to take it to the dealer. As I stated earlier it is a power train issue (including but not limited to engine and transmission). Go to the dealer and state that you suspect a possible carbon build up. Don't say anything like "I tried to fix it on my own" because it could possibly ruin your chances of getting a free repair because dealers want to make money too. They should then inspect the car and provide you with a loaner/rent car for however long your car is stuck in the dealer. They WON'T charge you or at least they are NOT allowed to charge you without your consent to repairs but theres a high chance that the repair is gonna be free. (In fact it is most probably going to be free but you must be ready for the worst case scenario).
Thanks for understend!! So today i called to the dealer and talk to sevice guy! Hopefully i was explaind my issue!! Appoitment book on thruesday ! They will take my car for investigation for free, but he said it is posibility to charge for any repair !!
Finger cross!!
Many thanks!!!

I know that. Like I said his symptoms are that of the carbon issue problem. Thats why I said it's an ENGINE PROBLEM. why confuse the OP, carbon issue comes from the engine alone, you might confuse the OP that his transmission could have affected that or caused that. Maybe your limited mental capabilities didn't understand the symptoms the OP provided.

Of course. And also you could bring up the warranty argument regarding payments. If you feel like you're being ripped off, call local repair shops and see how much they charge for repairing whatever issue your car is diagnosed with. Make sure the quality of repairs is high as well (although I personally would rather stay with Lexus but I'm not sure how the quality of labor is out there in UK).

The issue with the carbon build up is different some experienced this issue at 20k, 50k, and 70k, some haven't had those issues yet. Lexus will fix your car if your symptoms are not intermittent.

But he has 107k, isn't that over the mileage that is set by the power-train warranty?

Thats the original warranty with the car. If Lexus sent you a letter about the CSP you would know that the CSP warranty for the carbon build up issue is 9years/unlimited miles extended warranty. Of course you wouldn't know that unless Lexus mailed you a letter or you talked to a Lexus SA.
