Default slightest vibrations when idling/ start up.

I have 07 Lexus is250 w 56 k on it and it seems when I first start the car up and drive maybe for the first 5 mins it has the slightest vibration when I am stopped in drive.
Also when I park the car I sometimes feel like I have the slightest vibrations it almost feel as the wind is doing it because it so slight , do I feel this vibration because we have direct injected engines??
I am just curious to see if anyone else notices this.

Probably the well-known Carbon Build Up issue on the IS250, which is because of the direct injection design.

There's a CSP that covers related repairs for 9 yrs/unlimited miles as long as your car passes their criteria.

I dont think its carbon build up because the carbon build up is very noticeable right?
I.E a lot of shaking and almost stalling at the light?
This is just very faint vibrations , almost sounds like its a very low bass from the music.

Not really, it depends on how bad it is.
My car didn't shake that much at first, it was very slight. It's really noticeable when it gets bad though - violent shaking, nearly stalling, etc.

Oh I see so I guess I have to wait to see if it gets worse or not. Do you what mileage you got your pistons replaced at? or when it got really bad?

It really varies from person to person, some people have it with very low miles, others have gone 100k+ without seeing the issue. Driving the car hard sometimes, always using 91 octane gas (which you should be anyways) and using a good synthetic oil for higher oil change intervals have been some of the recommendations on the forums to keep the issue at bay.

I personally had the top engine clean done at around 55k miles if I remember correctly, then the pistons were replaced at almost exactly 70k, and the issue appeared again just 1k miles later....very slight vibrations...but haven't been able to get any codes or anything to register for them to make further repairs. At nearly 85k now and it just happens time to time, I just live with it. Seems to be alright if i drive the car a little hard every once in a while.
