You will have to run LEDs in the high beams in order to get a white DRL. This also means you lose high beam functionality. You'll need a module for each side to prevent them from flickering too.

Depending on what year of your car. I have an 06 is350 and I just replaced my drls today to Phillips led 6000k courtesy of xenondepot.

Passenger side is straightforward but the driver side is rough. The process is the same as changing your headlight. Once again it's all dependent on the year of you 2is

I'm not completely sure if you're wanting LEDs or just having the lights not look yellow, I haven't tried it yet but some local mechanics I asked said if you don't want to use converters and you're not set dead on LEDs you can just switch the the OEM bulb with the same 9005 bulb but with a blue outer glass part. I tried to switch my bulbs before to LEDs and my fuse blew not too long after, it's an easy fix but just inconvenient lol.
