It' looks pretty good, im not really a fan of buying a car that is already modded, but it seems good, make sure u get a carfax on it of course and service records from Lexus.com or dealer. The miles is over 100k but there's cars on here thats over 200k so that won't be an major deal. Is he flexible with price?

I would personally pass due to high mileage and no warranty. You will be facing some repairs at that mileage and replacement Lexus parts are not cheap.

$14k in cash in-hand or walk. Mods devalue the car, plus the higher mileage hurts some. Overall, looks clean!

^^ I agree, offer him $14k right then on the spot or walk. 115k really isn't that high at all.
He claims it's Starfire pear though Which they didn't have in '06 so may have been repainted possibly due to damage, or he doesn't know what he's talking about.

You should definitely ask to see those service records and carfax before buying it, other than that its look good. So buy it only if you love it, but you should also set aside a some money in case something decided to break down.

Somehow I think the owner doesn't know half about the car. Seeing he mentioned a transmission flush on a lifetime fluid auto trans in the vehicle.

Car fax came with a minor accident back in 06 And service records from lexus show only minor repairs and recalls

Looks super clean. I had those wheels before and the brakes look like Rotora's.
Here's a couple things to think about.......
really only fluids (oil, brake, coolant, windshield), brakes (pads/rotors), tires, filters (oil/air/cabin) need to be changed. I don't see where you'll have problems down the road. These are pretty cheap to do as long as you don't go to the Lexus dealer. If you want a modded car, then this is good for you. They only decrease value when someone doesn't want all those things. If you want, you can take it to a certified mechanic to see it's good for you. Good luck.

It was a figure of speech so to say...... He got them down to $14.5k but im not into 100k mile cars no matter how reliable toyota cars are. something bound to go wrong and more likely sooner then later.

You guys crack me up. When it's your car it's worth a premium, but when it comes to looking at another it's worth half. And it's a Lexus for crying out loud. 115k on the clock is nothing. It's not like it's an Audi or something. lol

I agree with all of u guys. Unless OP is buying this right out then I suppose its ok but for me I would never finance a car with that high mileage Toyota/Lexus or not. Alot of stuff starts to break down after the first 80-100k which is also when there is no warranty left on the car. The only time I would buy a car over 100k is when its gonna be my beater. Car does look clean indeed but I would never buy a modified car. Sad to say but its hard to find honest ppl these days and that car may have been beaten/molested and of course the seller would not mention it. If thats your budget and you are set on it I would ask the seller to go with you to a Lexus dealer and have it inspected before you buy it.
