Default what is this plug.... help...

Ok... Im trying to put this car back together and had no parts on the front to go by. Im assuming the one that is closed off with no pins or anything is for the sensors (if my car was equipped w them). The other... Im not sure what is. it appears as if it would go to a fog light but there is no other plug on the other side to go to another fog.

How can I tell if my car is supposed to have HID or Halogen headlights? (should my AFS light be on if they are HID?)
How can I tell if my car is supposed to have parking sensors?
How can I tell if my car is supposed to have fogs?
Seems like there is only these 2 plugs unaccounted for...

that female plug is for to plug in the male harness, because your car is not come with the parking assist sensors, but Lexus made the whole wire harness are the same, just incase they needed for the optional, I saw that harness clip on the foglight housing when helped friend install the headlights

I dont think I understand which one you are talking about man. Sorry. Are you saying the plug on the right is for fogs? Shouldnt there be another plug on the passenger side for the other fog light?
