waited all day for fedex and car is ready to put new light took off old set and bumpers and all ready!
but ends up being a stripped packaged not the Loaded.
i paid for loaded and ended with stripped!!
anyone had a problem and did sewell work with it?
Cause i had high thoughts of sewell lexus didnt think they would do this.
I Just hope they can exchange my lighTs for loaded..
yea i called bro and i guess closes at 5 which its 3 here and package got here when there closed! im sure they will work something just hope not a long wait time..
don't call them, they are slow on respond on the phone, just email them and they would take care for u, they would ship you the bulbs and ballasts which come with load lights, you don't have to return it to them
Damn. I hope they compensate you somehow along with the missing parts. I'd hate to put everything back together and then off/on again. It gets annoying after awhile. Good luck!

i mean for this price range im sure they would work something not just leave as is..
sucks cause wanted make sure all the ballast was good seal tight and all part come so i wont have to worry about condensation or any kind of leak.

I feel your pain man, I ordered the F-sport bumper for my car and waited for two weeks to get it, I was exciting when I received it, when come to install, I took my bumper off and ready for the new one on, get what? darn the lower center bumper crack and broke apart, on the same day I email Sewell, they reply my email on the same day which yesterday ( TUESDAY) and today I shipped the damage bumper back to them and they are allready in the painting progress of the replacement bumper for me, but the thing is now I can't drive my car untill the bumper come I don't to put the old bumper back on and take it off again just wait.....

yeah all the part will be brand new, it not hard to put them together, I rather do it myself than them, because you never know some thing might went wrong if someone not careful, I think the error is because now they having the sale, therefore they might have some error
