Sewell Sent Me Wrong ITem! Help (resolved)
Na, it should all be wired up and ready to go. I just got mine 10 mins ago and it's hooked up.
soFresh sucks Sewell sent the wrong lights. I was so anxious the entire day waiting for mine. Every car that drove by the house I looked out the window lol. Darryl should get things sorted out quickly. Had the same problem with illuminated scuff plates being the wrong color. Emailed him and he overnighted a new set.

I feel your pain man, I ordered the F-sport bumper for my car and waited for two weeks to get it, I was exciting when I received it, when come to install, I took my bumper off and ready for the new one on, get what? darn the lower center bumper crack and broke apart
, on the same day I email Sewell, they reply my email on the same day which yesterday ( TUESDAY) and today I shipped the damage bumper back to them and they are allready in the painting progress of the replacement bumper for me
, but the thing is now I can't drive my car untill the bumper come
I don't to put the old bumper back on and take it off again
just wait.....

but yea i hear good things about him so i hope get it handled and overnight!

Robert - we got your PM, your email as well as discussed this by phone. You did good by checking and verifying the parts as they arrived. But it seems you already started the installation process - yikes! It's no wonder to me why your frustrated. The new parts are being expedited to you today!
As for you Tony, it seems every other order we send you something goes awry! You'll need to bear in mind on this one it's going to be a bit before your new bumper is available for us to ship. We'll keep you apprised, but just prepare yourself to wait.

Impetuous threads just like this are the ones we try to avoid for this very reason. The bumper in Tony's case was a clear damage issue since it was 'torn' in the middle of the bumper. Fortunately, Tony will be receiving a second bumper to replace the damaged bumper. We'll be handling the claim with FedEx directly on the back-end.
Should you remain to have concerns, simply consult your local Lexus dealership. They'll have the same as we do.
