That's what I was thinking, I think I'm the only one downgrading with the FR-S(materials,luxury,amenities) but upgrading personally (fun factor)

That's exactly what I was thinking, trust me I'll be the last one to ever hate on someone who is fortunate to make ($Bank$) but wow!
