is350 vs isf
Hello all.
I have the IS350 about a year as a wkend car. I'm thinking of upgrade to the next level isF for mostly wkend use or commuting one a week. Could you guy tell me what is the cons and pros about the F if you have a chance to trade in and own it. I test drove both back then but got the 350 b/c it has smoother drive and fast too. Should I wait for the next generation F in 14/15?

IS-F is not practically the same car as IS350. Unless you are just talking about exterior/interior looks. Almost everything else (mechanical) is upgraded. Engine, transmission, brakes, VIDM (a real "Sport" mode), etc.
If you really want a fully upgraded version of what you are driving now, wait for the 2013 3ISF to come out, then buy a 2012 at a great price

Ok guys, will wait for the next newer IS-F generation to come out then I will make a better choice for either a good deal on the 08-12 version or hot newer 2013 !
Btw, I would pick the IS-F over M3 any day ! No matter how people rate the M3 handling better than the F. Lexus is the car you can own for the long run !

I vote next gen. Ppl here try to act like there is some HUGE difference between the 250, 350 and F when really the difference is not that significant (aside from the obvious changes). Yes there are some substantial differences but overall IS generally has the same feel & look throughout the line. If you want a car that is not going to feel like your current 350 then wait for the next gen.
