Well the speech def die down, but I can still hear it ever so slightly. How much is It to fix the bearings on the pump? Is it under power train warranty?

If the bearing on the water pump is bad, you replace the entire water pump.

Whether the power train warranty will be able to replace your water pump or not will depend on your model year and mileage. But yes, the water pump is covered as part of the Lexus powertrain warranty on a 2IS.

here is a video of the sound, hopefully you guys can here it. that was during the morning before changing my drive belt. So i turned on my car and pullover over to get something from my house then i hear it from the the elevated first floor of my house. as you can hear its extremely loud. after i changed the belt its still there but not as loud. Does this sound like a water pump problem?
