Are all emblems the same?

I need to buy an emblem for the front grill on my 08 IS250, was just wondering if I can use an emblem from a trunk or from an ES, GS, or LS car? Are they all the same size and interchangeable?

No they are not all the same. There are different sizes for different models and front/rear emblems

When I bought my is250, the emblems in the rear were missing, so I ordered some on ebay from some lexus store thinking they are all the same. The is250 emblem of course cannot be mistaken, but the 'Lexus' emblem didn't fit the existing holes.
