Yep 3M is the brand, you get it at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc
A lot of places sell it, I just get it from Homedepot

Home Depot, Lowes will carry it. It's pretty standard for any paint job. Check out their paint section and it'll be there.

It holds up pretty well. Drove through rain with it before and it just got wet, didnt come off, although more edges lifted

Get a clear bra and tape up the clear bra when going on road trips. I'd still tape up my car if I had a clear bra. I personally feel the blue tape is for road trip and to save the car from all that nasty bug juice. Easy to peel and voila! Like you just ran through the car wash.
