Same thing happen to me. I never figured out if they were allowed to use it or not and forgot about it because I have much more important things to do. If I remember correctly they offered me 10 dollars off something. Smh

Yeah i dont see the big deal. I beleive since the car in the picture is your personal property and you took the picture your self it is your property and they are not to use it without your consent. I dont think you can sue them but you can have them remove it. Personally i dont think its a big deal. No ones gonna see it and think anything of it other then " man i want my car to look like that". I would still ask for something free as a curtesy for using your image.

It can be considered defamation in the sense that your car is being used to advertise a product that probably is a replica of what you have but thats a stretch. Kind of what they do when they use pictures of people without there consent to promote **** sites.

If you go on ebay and see the sellers selling the fake ings +1 lip with a black is250, that's my car. look at and you can see a person taking a pic on the bumper reflection on the passenger side of bumper.

It is a big deal, its called fraud. Lets say you run a car shop and did work to a show car, some guy rips the pic off the net of YOUR WORK and tries to pass it off as his own or selling a totally different product than whats on the car EVEN WITH your shop stickers on the windshield...
