Honestly, I would be pissed if a pic of my car was used to sell anything without my consent. Did you contact the seller? I would, just to let them know that the pic that they are using is your personal vehicle, and that you have no affiliation with them. Ask them if they are going to pay you a commission of the proceeds of there sales, or if they are going to change the pic in their ad!! Take the proceeds if they offer it! Either way, you need to set them straight!

I think your just gonna have to mad lol. Unless that pic is copy righted they legally don't owe you anything. Morally they might owe you something:-) I guarantee you all the cars from this site are on plenty of rim ads/websites and all they get is the satisfaction of seeing the car on the site. Or maybe w small discount on a order .

He probably just surfed around the web and found the picture on CL or something
Ask him for something - a free lip, some $$$, percent of sales... for taking your picture and using it as his own by putting it in his auctions and stamping his username all over it
