So i got rear ended this past weekend. The damage was suprisingly minimal but enough to make the bumper re-enforcement slice the bumper cover about 4 inches. Bad news is this is the cars first accident so its prestine car fax history is ruined. Positive is i bought the car used and it had some license plate nicks and chips on it that i was planning on repainting at my cost which wont be neccessary any more. I was just going to have it fixed and be done with it until the assesor from all state told me he would mail me a check and recomend a local shop so if i wanted to go aftermarket i could go that route. I initially thought it was just a great opp for me to buy a roof and trunk spoiler and have it painted for free but then i got to thinking about doing a rear isf conversion. Not sure though. What do you guys suggest?
Only questions i do have since i see its fairly inexpensive painted from sewell is how much if any modification does it require to fit a 250 and how much was it to get the markers and exhaust tips as well?
I say do it. It looks nice. There is also that cheap eBay conversion with all of it included.
yeah. I saw the ebay one first but suprisingly the sewell one is just a little more expensive painted. So i was wondering if it was cheaper to buy it painted and buy the rest of the parts or the ebay one with everything included and just have it painted with the cost to paint it considerd?

Only mod needed with Sewells conversion was cutting the stock exhaust tips down. Everything else was bolt on; plug and play. Also, when I proved it out, the eBay one is gonna cost more once you have it painted unless you "know someone."
The biggest thing is the aftermarket rear on eBay, the exhaust tips are dry different and much smaller than the oem ones with Sewell.
