I have an interesting problem.
I noticed my lights were a little off, and the afs off light flickered once, so (after reading the forums) I took a look at my front height control. It looks like the nut/bolt attached to the ball bearing (for lack of a better description) broke off the level arm, so it's no longer attached (to the sway bar?). I looked at Sewell and it looks like you have to buy the entire sensor assembly for $300 just because the bolt/nut broke off the arm. Is that correct? Seems a little crazy.

Any alternatives? I notice the leveling arm has the following part number thk-bw60a-0530. I couldn't find that anywhere, and I also didn't have any luck at junk yards.

Look for those that have HID headlamps for your year IS then ask if they have the car with the sensors.

There is only one adjusting screw per headlight just count the amount of times you turn one and then repeat on the other adjusting screw simple and done.

My understanding is there are two different systems here. One is headlight leveling which moved the lights up and down. The other is AFS, that moves the lights to the right and left.
If you have the rear of the car fully loaded the leveling system will insure that the lights do not blind oncoming drivers. If you have AFS, the lights will turn to the right and left with the speed of the vehicle and the angle of the steering wheel.
The parts you show are from the leveling system.

So after reading these posts I'm still a little confused....
I have an 06 with AFS and it seems my headlights are a little lower than i would like and i wanted to raise them a tiny bit.
Am i able to just use the screw driver adjustment method at the headlights themselves OR do i have to only adjust the rear AFS sensor?

If you want to adjust both evenly, especially if you've lowered your car, use the AFS adjustment on the left rear suspension of your car. Otherwise you will have to use both screws on each head light to keep them straight.
