In my opinion it's an art. And one I'm not good at. You gotta heat up the fender in my opinion so as to not crack the paint or put fractures in it and go steady and slow. Takes skill I think.
Yeah leave the fender pulling to skilled people. Its not a simple DIY thing because it can potentially damage your paint and fenders if not done properly.
