Default Need help identifying this part

Seasons greetings everyone!

As I was replacing my driver side fog light, I noticed a loose wiring harness. I went as far as to removing the bumper to find a female connection for it without any success.

Please help me identify this part / part no. or advise as to where I should be plugging this wire. The wiring appears to start from behind the washer fluid reservoir. Thanking you in advance.

*Note: My IS seems be to running fine without any electrical problems.

I seen the same wire come out when I changed my fogs out and was worried it disconnected from something so I had my buddy looked at it and I forgot what he said but it was something about it was just for some extra add on and it wasnt important and it wouldnt effect the car. He just tucked it in and my car been perfectly fine for months now so I wouldnt worry about it.

It's not supposed to be connected to anything on cars without sonar sensors. However the plastic piece is supposed to be attached to the bumper cover, and it holds the connector in place from just flopping around. Looks like someone pulled it off of your bumper.
