I don't have a pic of the 5K 28 LED bulbs on my IS but here's a pic on a RX350 with HIDs and the same LEDs.

LED fogs looks decent but id definitely get HID's if you need light output usage.

Not to threadjack, but here are some pictures of my 6000K Garax low beams paired with 6000K HID fogs with a custom projector retrofit for comparison purposes. This will give you an idea of how much more light HIDs put on the ground (the projector makes a big difference too of course).
