Default ****Fogs Help**** PLEASEE

Hey guys, Noob question. My car's fogs are completely stock, I want them to be yellow, I bought overlays but I also want bulbs, can I buy these?

http://www.hidextra.com/9006-3000k-hid-bulb-994

Can i just put these bulbs in or would i need to buy a kit? I am not too good with HID's. or would I have to buy halogen

Don't buy the halogen, get the 3000k HIT KIT

Halogen = Just the bulb

HID Kit = Hid bulb + ballast + wiring. (it's basically a long light bulb in a way which is pretty easy to install if you're willing to take a small risk of learning)

I got the Luminics JDM Yellow bulbs, they are plug-n-play and no need for extra kit...
It all depends on the look you want to go for.

you have two options:
1) yellow halogen bulbs, like what GilIS250 suggested. these would be like stock bulb, but with yellow color, so installation is simply swapping out the stock bulbs.

2) if you want HID, you'd have to get the full HID kit like what InspireME said. These kits are still "plug and play" in a sense and very simple to install, but a little more involved than option 1. Of course HID will be much brighter than halogen.

The HID replacement bulb in your link won't work.

That is just a bulb replacement, you will need a kit. DDM tuning 3000k is a good kit also.

buy NOKYA yellow bulbs. Itll be ALOT more yellow then the HID kit. HID KIT is GREAT for brightness but wont refect "pure" yellow. Either way, you'll like it, ive had both different ways.

You'll want to get an entire 3k kit and wiring harness. Here's what it'll look like with the yellow overlay :

^ but isn't it too much for the fogs? i thought i read somewhere that it will melt the plastic housing with the heat produced by the 55W
