Did you try checking at Junk Yard if they have a whole complete UNIT to replace instead?

 

if it's an 08 is250 , i have the factory nav unit when i pulled mine out to put a fly audio in. pm me if interested

2010 and new NAV units will not work - they are GEN 6, which is hard drive based, and the cars before 2010 are DVD based which is GEN 5. There are new features which GEN 6 has which the GEN 5 does not.

If I am correct, the new one has XM NavTraffic, Weaether, Stocks and some others stuff.

 

guys all he needs to replace is the touch screen. they are all the same up to 2011

I found this guide to repairing the navigation screen. It has pictures and averything! I am going to attempt it this weekend. *corssing my fingers*
