Navigation Home Screen Issue
According to the navigation manual (attached), the navigation screen should go to the home screen within 5 seconds. But my IS never goes to the home screen without pressing the home button, but it always shows the full screen map. I tried many different things including "Auto Screen Change" setting but nothing seems to work.
Does anybody have the same issue?

I'm a salesperson at a Lexus store. To my knowledge, these cars don't go back to the Home screen automatically. If your Auto Screen Change is set to "ON", it should simply go back to the previous screen you were on, NOT the Home screen. I could be wrong, but that's how they all seem to work.

I should have searched a little bit more before posting this, but it actually helped me to figure it out.
I have contacted the Lexus technology specialists, technicians, and sales people. First of all, nobody knew the navigation manual is not consistent with what the car actually does. I asked them to file a case to the Lexus corporate so this will be reviewed properly. Looks like it happens to the US models, which have different firmware than EU.
I'm sure Lexus wouldn't have let it run for this long if it were a warranty issue that has a material impact to Lexus.
Hopefully the firmware may be updated near future, and until then I have to hit the home button every time.
