Drill them out. Purchase new bolts.

Try heat, just don't heat the bolts, but whatever they are screwed in to. Heat causes the metal to expand, which if applied correctly should allow the bolts to free up. If you apply it to the bolts they will expand in the hole and make it harder.
Also be careful not to set the car on fire while doing it LOL

Ty for the help. Ended up having to buy two new rear axels, because the guy that changed my hub assembly stripped the nuts. 😑 now that thats fixed gotta find out why it keeps throwing random misfire codes and running rough. Changed all the spark plugs and air/ cabin filters and put techron in the tank, seemed to help some. Not throwing codes now, but seems to idle rough.
