Two cars, two dealerships both black with ecru interior IS350 2011.

#1 44k OTD AWD, lux package, nav, spoiler.

#2 40k OTD premium package, black rims, nav, preferred accessory, spoiler.

Is the resale value of the AWD car going to be that much better or am I just trying to justify the 4K. I'm gonna ask for 43 today.

Just a FYI, I just purchased the same car as your #1, sans the spoiler, and the dealership's sticker was reduced to 42,464. 2012's are coming out real soon and the 11's must go!!
