I have a 11 Black 350 AWD. Got the stock wheels, sold them on Ebay for 1600. Had the F-Sports added with tires for just less than 3k. 1400 net, is less than it costs if I found one with it. lots of is250awders out there need new wheels. Go for it and try the e-bay sell. Then get the cold air intake.

How do you like the car? Is the AWD worth the additional cost? Still going back and forth with AWD/non-AWD. Two almost identical cars. AWD 44k the other 40. Both OTD. Wanted the AWD for the resale as well

You're paying $4K + sales tax more now for a AWD.
The resale won't be that number difference.Especially in TN.

Yup.

Now, if you live in the mountains in TN where you routinely need to climb steep (15% or greater) grades in the snow, AWD is probably worth getting anyway (as long as you also run snow tires)... but if you're not doing that kind of incline in snow driving then it's just a waste of 4k (plus the gas tax penalty it comes with compared to RWD) and you'll be fine with RWD and proper tires.
