Default Used ISF or new IS350

Hey Guys,

Still shoppin for a car obvisiously and i just need help again with the car dilemna.(Im buyin a Lexus no matter what now...)
As stated above, would you guys buy a used 08-09 ISF or 11 IS350?

I love the ISF but i have this feeling that if i buy a used ISF, the person who owned it before me most likely drove it pretty hard and if they drive like me then they really wouldve drove the crap outta the car...
If I buy a new IS350 then i know that it wasnt abused or anything...coming straight off the lot without being owned by anyone else.

My range is 40k. so the used ISF's come into my range...Id be really happy if i could get the F since there is only 1 F ive seen by where I live and i know the son (his dad owns the car)...he goes to school with me

BTW how is the cost of maintenance of both cars compared to eachother? are they about the same or is the F more?

Thanks, much appreciated

I'd go with the F.....maybe a bit of abuse, but not any more than what you would have done to your OWN car. These cars can take that. Especially if that's the one you want! I'd ask in the IS F section what the costs are as well. Good luck!!!

If you want 400hp ISF but if you want an updated car with warranty is350. Maintenance wise about the same for simple oil, filter and ect. Now since you have big brake kit the caliper gonna cost you along with rotors.

Power aside, I love the look of the ISF. I would go for the ISF.

i'd go for an F as long as you can afford it. then just look into the vehicle maintenance history to make sure it was taken care of.

If I had the $$ I would go with the F, it will have already been hit with the large depreciation. Maintenance is probably going to be a little higher on the F, holds more oil, brakes are more $$ tires are more $$ but it shouldn't be to bad since the service intervals are about the same (I think)

Now looking back when I got my brand new 350, I wish I had gotten an F. But still happy with my 350
But it sure does feel good knowing that I was the first one to fart in my car.

no doubt the F. besides, youll still be in warranty and you can probably extend it if you wanted to. or during the remainder of the warranty, just go get all the recalls and/or tsb's done.
