I don't think it's the fender liners because I remember seeing some of his drop pics and the liner is missing

Dunno, it's kind of surprising that he'd be rubbing on stock wheels. Especially with that mild of a drop. I think it's just getting used to driving a lowered car. Can't go beast mode over bumps and stuff anymore.

Quick question can you scrape or rub against the top of your fender or any part of your fender when going over a speed bump or drive way or driving really fast on the freeway?

when the car is park in place i can turn the wheel far left or far right and not rub at all.. but sometimes when I enter a driveway or go over a speed bump Im not sure if the sound is from a scrape or if sounds like rubbing.. But thats the only 2 things that could occur right?

Because I don't think i should be scraping at 1.5 inch drop.. I go at a angle when entering driveways / speedbumps... I'm not so noob to the point where i drop directly staright up a bump or driveway

But If i only hear whatever i hear "most likely rubbing" when entering a driveway or going over a speedbump or taking a turn aggressively, is it going to ruin my car from rubbing?

1. yes, yes, and yes... but only if you are going really really fast and careless.

2. yes.. but like i said before.. check those plastic guards or whatever they care called under ther bumper.. they come done about a inch.. sure thats whats rubbing.

3. --

4. no... unless you do something to pull the bumper down.

Don't worry about it too much... you're fine. Just drive easy... its a lexus, not a race car

It's probably just your liners. A light swooshing sound??

when your lowered and you have to go over any type of bumps or inclines, you have to go at it on an angle. instead of going straight over or in, go at a 45 degree angle. this will help reduce scraping the bottom of the car.
