i might be picky but i feel like the White (no matter what shade) with the Cashmire interior is VERY feminine. The reason I bring this up is because i was working on getting a new(er) 350 in GFM. I had everyone going on this car and when i found out the interior was tan i flipped out and dropped the deal. It has everything I want (Sport, Luxury, ML) but that one thing bugged the hell out of me. Dont get me wrong, I like Casmire when its in Obsidian. But I dont think its "ME" If any of you guys and gals could show me how yours is done up i would greatly appreciate it.
I'd like to see it done right...
And dont bring up converting it unless you would trade LOL
There's nothing wrong with preferring other colors over the other. To be truthful I wanted a black interior. I bought mine CPO'd and it was cashmere interior. I was thrown off a bit until I sat in and test drove it. The wood grain goes well with the tan interior I think compared to black interior. I am glad I made my purchase, it's beautiful inside. Only thing I dislike is the carpet below being tan and hard to clean -.-.
I don't think it's feminine at all, maybe I am biased, but these sorts of colors don't really have anything that screams out "feminine" to me. Oh and the exterior is Crystal White so I am one that falls under your category!
If it really bothers you then obviously don't buy it. If you'd like to be open minded sit in there and REALLY REALLY look at the interior.
I agree with the op. When I was shopping for my car, I found a GFM that was fully loaded, but also had cashmere interior and I dropped it. Than found one with black interior and hopped right on it.

You were exactly where Im at now. I like the way it looks and Ive sat/drove inside and i just guess its me.
point of clarification: by "feminine" I mean more likely to be driven by a female.
I kinda see where you are comming from but I wouldnt describe it as feminine.
I would have preferred my TP 350 came with a Black Leather interior but I found a PERFECT USED 350 (2006 TP, Lux, Nav+ML, F-Sport Intake, 14,000mi, bought from original owner who was retired and had all recalls and service done at dealer) the only thing that isnt "perfect" is the Light Gray Leather.
I had to come to grips with the almost white leather but now I am used to it, I might actually prefer it now even though I have to clean it more often. Plus, the lighter color leather is a blessing in the HOT SUMMER!!!
My advice: Get the Cashmire Leather and rock it with style!!!
BTW: Mine has black floors and floor mats - if it would have had light grey throughout I might not have bought it because light color carpet floors are a Biach to keep clean!!!
its pretty hard to find a white car with a black interior. I know when I was car shopping, there were literally none available. In the end, I had to decide which one i prefer more, a white exterior or a black interior.
However, I do agree with you, my crystal white with cashmere interior is very feminine, but that doesn't stop it from looking very nice. To take a long time getting ready before going out is considered feminine, but I still take a long time; in the end, I'm probably better looking than most of my friends haha.
I don't think "feminine" has any other meaning unless you kids you have turned it into slang for something else!
Just think about it.
On the bright side, there's probably a lot more darker IS's compared white ones, and dark interior's compared to lighter ones. You'd be more unique! DO NOT JOIN THE DARK SIDE XD.

LOL Thats what this one is!!! the only thing that isnt "perfect" is the tan interior. this one has black carpet tan mats but its not the mats im concerned about. the more i look at it i like it. i guess i never thought about the car in the summer sun because i tint the windows but it is a valid point...
BLexodus you lucky bast*rd. I have tan carpets below and my little brother(5 years old) spilt orange juice on it and I went beserk! No funnn at all! I am just going to have to invest in some weathertech liners!
All I can say is unless you get what you want, you'll drive something probably on a daily basis that you'll not be happy with. So why do that? Get the colors, pkgs, etc you want...you'll just have to look better and perhaps in other states.
HOWEVER, no regrets purchasing my car! Ladies love my car so I keep getting compliments on the exterior color, and the interior on how clean I keep it!
If the cashmere throws you off that much, keep looking buddy!

HA! The truth comes out! The only reason Im on the fence...

I got my 350 in NJ, and I drove it back to SC.
I'm with GVille here... I went down to SC from Camp Lejeune, NC to pick up my car... Black on black was what I wanted, what made me happy.. I even decided to go without the NAV because of the colors (and the prices too!)
