Does anyone know which spacers span the entire diameter of the wheel hub? Do H&R's? (I know Ichiba doesn't).

More specific question:
What brand spans the diameter of the wheel hub, and offers a 15mm spacer with longer wheel studs? Or should I get them separately?

(Once someone mentioned a brand of longer wheel studs that are extremely strong, what brand was that and where do you buy them?)
