Default Wheel spacer safety

Are wheel spacers, such as the ichiba V2 safe? I'm not concerned with wear and tear issues, just with the safety aspect of fitting them on...

I ran a search but couldnt come up with direct answers.

Yes they are safe. Ichiba includes longer studs in all their spacers and are hub centric.

or you can get the V2s which are bolt on but make sure you check that your car can use them
