In my opinion, its a little too much. I think if the dash was kept stock, the contrast would look nicer. Just my opinion.

Very unique though. Maybe it looks better in person

I think it looks pretty good on the glossy pieces (center console, window plates etc) but agree that it's a tad too much everywhere else.

A for originality though, I haven't seen that executed on an IS interior before. Do you know if it will hold up over time?

Thanks for the input guys, everyones got their opinions, I have no problems with that at all, but IMHO it's as good as the oem factory bezels. When I took the original "wood" pieces out And inspected them they didn't even look like real wood was used. I think it should last a very long time. It's been about a year now and I have no problems, just got around to posting pics for those who wanted a diff route, you can get it any pattern you want too.

I agree on a little too much however I really like to idea of it.
I could see myself going overboard with the idea once I found an appealing pattern. I think it looks really nice. my only concern would be the longevity of it. If it still looks that good after a year, you should be good to go.
Im also curious on the cost and I'm not sure of a shop around me that does this process. I'll certainly look into it though.
nice work.

I always thought it was called hydro dip not hydro graph. Ive always wanted to do some of my interior pieces, but the only place I found that could do it was in texas. And the quote I got was pricey too for just 1 piece =\
I'm not baller enough
