Headlamp Washer Cover
When I lost one of mine, I just purchased a new set of headlight washer nozzle actuators through ebay ($40). Had to purchase the actual actuator due to how mine broke off. But the covers were hard to narrow down. Finally figured out the P/N and ordered online. Was probably another $40 or 50 just for the covers.
FYI, when finally able to reinstall, might I recommend some super glue.
