Default Window Switch Difference between 06-09 and 2010

I took a gamble on some ebay wood parts and came up a little short.

While the center console wood pieces work fine, the door switch panels have a different style plug. (Windows, Door lock, Mirrors all different)

Do you guys know someone that could make an adapter harness to go from old to new or should I just be happy with my center console pieces?

Alternatively who wants to swap wood pieces for my silver pieces?

Gonna have to rewire it to work. The harnesses are completely different.

So question...
If I get 2011 door panels will my 2006-2008 switches slide in the new door panels switch area?

OR are the door panel switch cutouts also different?
