Brand new shift **** straight from Japan.
Perferated leather with white stitching. "Baseball" as vroomin350 calls it.

Does anyone have a DIY on how to shorten the threads of the shiftknob so that it sits lower? Thank in advance...

Are you asking in regards to the stock or fsport shifter? If so, you can keep twisting it and it will go lower

Thanks bob, you are correct. It was for the f-sport **** and i was able to twist it down much more than compared the stock. Heard a tiny cracking noise so thats when i stopped.

When you hear the cracking, back up one thread. That cracking is the glue from the carbon fiber separating from the glue.

If you check the vendor section here and register with Sewell Lexus you'll get a CL discount off any OEM parts. I'm not sure the exact price without looking it up. I forgot how much I paid for mine.

someone local, they're universal
glossy neochrome
still looking for a brushed aluminum neochrome one but haven't found a decently priced one yet
