So I have a 2006 IS350 and recently the needles that indicate my speed and RPM lights have gone out completely. I've owned 3 cars so far and not once have I had this problem. Anyone else having this problem? I took it to the dealer and they quoted me $1800+ to get it fixed since they need to take apart the whole dashboard. Any recommendations on where I can have it fixed without paying that ridiculous price?

A $50k+ car and I get nothing but problems with this IS..

 

You can look in the vendor section and get LED guy to have the IS-F blue needles done for you! I think it's around $170.

 

+1 for LED guy (aka 2slow, aka Tim). He can change them to blue for you as well, and charge a whole lot less than $1,800 to do it.

wow 170 and 1800 is a huge difference

 

i saw someone on ebay selling the instrument panel also for cheaper......my lights went out under warranty. There are 4 LED's in the ones for the speedometer and tach fyi
