I think you will pleasantly surprised at how close the ride will be. Plus, you can adjust it to be stiffer when you want to go for a joy ride around some twisties!

lower at elast 2 inches IMO, dampening and rebound will be the biggest things you'll have to adjust

you bought them already, so you might as well use them. the ride comfort shouldnt be too far from stock
