Don't have those issues but the molding you can replace for fairly cheap. The gauge lighting I don't know about but doesn't seem to bad from the photo.

Oh I can see what the difference is in the needle. It's not the color, it's the brightness that has gone a bit dim.

Pearlis250, it's a bit hard to tell but observe at the rest of the needle and look at the thickness, then look at the thickness in the area in question. You would eventually notice it is a tiny bit thinner because the area is not at bright therefore isn’t giving as much light compared to the rest of the needle which is thicker.

I had the same problem with the molding cracking. I bought replacements from Sewell. Switching them out was quick and easy.

there are some threads on here that show some people having a portion of the tips of the needles dimmed completely.

there is a vendor that can redo the whole needle for you and also a different color like the blue from the IS-F

If it's still under warranty, the dealership should be able to replace the instrument cluster.

Well the LED's on the speedometer and tach needles do go out. Mine went out and I took it to the dealer and had it replaced. Dealer told me that you have to replace the whole panel and I was quoted $1600 if it had not been under warranty. If it bothers you find the F-Sport panel. Search on CL there is a member who has done the swap. Not sure if he installed or had it installed.

The 2IS needle is lit by 4 leds that light up 4 parts of the needle. Each LED is diffused to differently. Most likely its a blown LED.

Vouch for Tim (LED Guy) He swapped out all my interior LED's with different colors. He knows what he's doing and I would NEVER want to try and tackle all od this by myself. Time to redo ALL your dash with cool colors!!! He's reasonable too!
