Default 18x8 35et without issues?

Can I run this wheels size along with a 225/40/18 tire without any rubbing issues? I will be dropping the car on coils but not slamming it. I rather the 35et over 45et. But I dont want to deal with problems. Let me know guys, thanks

You'll be fine. The benefit of coils is that you can adjust the height if you rub. The likelihood of it is nil. I'm running 19x9.0 et31 with one finger gap with no issues of rubbing.

18x8 35 is very weak, even if you slam it, still no rubbing.
